As part of the essential management you will recieve:
Extended Hours: One-on-one chat room with extended hours with out team between 08:00AM to 20:00PM Monday to Friday.
App Updates: Plugin (App) updates every month.
Securty: Security checks every month.
Theme Updates: Theme updates every month.
Store Updates: Core store updates with software every month.
Save on our services by paying upfront. Website packages can be paid for in installments to help spread the cost. You can choose to pay in two installments, with the first 50% due on the day you sign up, and the remaining 50% due 21 days after the first payment. You can also choose to pay in three installments, with the first payment due upfront, the second 21 days after the first, and the final payment 42 days after the initial payment. Terms and conditions apply. All payment plans are subject to an interest rate of 10%.
It's important to note, all services are for Shopify-based uses who also use the likes of Shopify Emails, Privy, Klaviyo, Shopify Apps & generic online marketing.

Select the services you require and add them to your shopping cart. You will receive an invoice via email and we will be notified of the sale once the purchase is complete. One of our experts will contact you via email within 48 hours to schedule an onboarding call. After onboarding is finished, we will need the next steps, so please make sure all contact information is provided at checkout.
In order to carry out the project deliverables, we require certain information to help us complete the work. We will provide you with a list of resources we need during onboarding, with a deadline for when we need them by. This will help us meet the deadline and finish your project to your complete satisfaction. Once we have the resources we need, it's your time to sit back, relax and see the work being done for you.
Coming to the end of the term, you project would have been completed by out team of experts. Now it's time for you to see the results. At this stage it is important to review the work over a cup of coffee & a few hours in the evening. Therefor, links to the work will be provided along with a template to complete & return of the amendments. As soon as we have the information back, amendments will be made within the next 3 working days & the project will be signed off. Now onto the next chapter.
