REFUND POLICY

It's important to read our service agreement carefully before signing up for any of our services. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms of the agreement. You must not break the terms of the agreement at any point during the timeline.

Our services are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the full amount of the agreed-upon service, as well as any additional payments that may occur during the service timeline. Unlike the Consumer Rights Act, there is no 14-day cooling-off period. That is why it is essential to review our terms and conditions before beginning this process.

We're always transparent about our agreements, and we always have them visible on our store. If you're directed/shown to our store by a team member to preview the services & you agree to go ahead you are automatically drawn into agreement with TGTM.
